I recently stayed at Akizuki Spa Ryokan Seiryuan for three nights during a business trip, and it was one of the most memorable hospitality experiences I have ever had. From the moment I arrived, every member of the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality. What impressed me most was the sincerity of every interaction. The service never felt scripted or forced. Every staff member made me feel welcomed, respected, and genuinely cared for throughout my stay. The property itself is stunning. The architecture is mesmerizing, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the entire environment creates a feeling of peace and tranquility. Every detail appears to have been thoughtfully designed to provide guests with a truly relaxing and immersive experience. The dining experience was extraordinary. Each meal was beautifully presented and prepared with incredible skill and attention to detail. The quality of the ingredients and the craftsmanship behind every dish were evident. I was especially honored when the chef personally greeted me on my final evening. That gesture reflected the pride, dedication, and care that make this ryokan so special. The room, private onsen, gardens, cuisine, and service all exceeded my expectations. It is rare to find a place where every aspect of the guest experience is executed at such a high level. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and fully intend to return in the future. I have already recommended Seiryuan to many friends, family members, and colleagues, and I will continue to do so without hesitation. My sincere gratitude to the chef and the entire Seiryuan team for creating such an exceptional experience. The memories from this stay will remain with me for a very long time.

My husband and I had a relaxing time here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury stay in Fukuoka area. We came here without a vehicle so I think if you want to stay here, having your own vehicle will be a good idea especially if you want to go to Amagi or explore other nearby cities while you are in Akizuki.

아이와 함께 방문 했어요 입구에서 반갑게 맞이해주시면서 숙소로 안내 해주셨어요 대자연 속에 고즈넉히 자리 잡힌 숙소는 정갈 하고 깨끗했습니다 숙소 내 온천이 있어 편하게 온천을 이용 할 수 있었어요 석식,조식에는 아이도 편하게 먹을 수 있게 배려 해주셨어요 무엇보다도 좋은 곳에서 더 좋은 기억을 만들 수 있게 만들어주신 모든 직원분들과, 특히 저희 가족을 담당해주셨던 koushirou hiraki 님 덕분에 좋은 추억 만들었습니다

우선 온천하러 갔더니 온천이용이 안된답니다. 사진에 있는 온천 이용안되요. 방에 딸린 아주 낡은 다리도 못펴는 가족탕만 이용가능. 모두 오래되서 닿기 싫습니다. 방안에 퀴퀴한 곰팡이냄새가 심해요. 사진에 나오는 밥먹는곳도 칸막이가 있어 저런 와이드샷은 못봅니다. 년식이 있는데 수리를 하지않다보니 이곳저곳 불편하고 더러운곳이 많이보입니다. 직원은 친절해요. 도움은 되지않습니다. 근처 마을도 유령이 사는곳같이 사람이 없고 영업을 하지않습니다. 정원은 예뻐요. 온천하러 가시려면 이료칸 절대절대 안됩니다.
