Good value for money and helpful staff.

I stay in Ueno every time I am in Tokyo. This is the first time here in this hotel. More of like a BnB. It is small for 3 people since there is no space to put our 3 luggage but this is understandable as most of the budget hotels in Tokyo are this size. I appreciate that there is a mini kitchen with a big ref and a microwave. We were allowed to check in early.

The room was in very poor condition. The bed was an unstable metal bunk bed that felt unsafe, and the mattress was extremely thin and uncomfortable. The bed sheets were also unpleasant and made it difficult to rest properly. Additionally, there was no elevator, and the staircase was very shaky and felt unsafe to use. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the stay.

Staff was responding at messages. It is a good Airbnb to stay, altho quite a walk between Okachimachi and Akihabara
