26.05.21시부야역에서 거리가있지만 불편한정도까진 아니였어요 직원분도 친절하시고 주변에 블루보틀도있고 멋진 카페, 칼하트,스투시 등등 브랜드들이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다

26.05.08 I had a very bad experience when I arrived from a very long journey to the hotel, having pulled my suitcase up to the hill I felt exhausted, when reception asked me. for my passport, I said I don't feel. well. can you please give a cup. of. water, She refused to. give me. water she said I can but from the supermarket, I repeated I said I am feeling unwell I need cup. of tap. water, she said sorry they don't give water. I then told. her even Hitler told. the soldiers give them water if they asked for and said I couldn't beleive she can deny a cup of water, she then said OK and agve me a water! it's something I'd never forget! it should be illegal to deny a cup of water to customer who arrives to the reception desk. in fact is should be mandatory in a hot. country like Japan..
26.05.05 First all staffs are kind and convenient to communicate only English
Second hotel is located to nearby famous shops and department store
That's are all good things
But one bad thing
That place located to 10min from subway staytion.
In conclusion Thank you for all staff and cleaness
26.04.29 침대 2개 있었지만 이외공간 캐리어 작은거 하나 펼쳐두면 이동시 불편했어요.
샤워부스 비좁아서 씻는것 불편했어요.
인포에 어메니티는 다양하게있고 제품들 나쁘지 않더라고요.
시부야마크시티에서 거리상으론 멀지않지만 비오는날 언덕 길 올라가려니 힘들더라고요.
가격대비 숙소는 좋지않았어요.
5만원 더 지불하고 지하철, 공항리무진 이용 편리한 숙소 추천해요.
시부야는 처음방문이라 시부야공화당 근처 숙소로 잡은건데 가격대비 너무 별로였어요.
