Asakusa Panda Hostel

First of the owner sent instructions to enter the premises in Agoda but the link was masked for security. Thus we ended up knocking on neighbors to help us get inside with freezing cold weather. Good thing that there's another traveler who already have the link. Second, the place was not cleaned properly. A lot of stains, hair in the bed and even dirty bedsheets under the bed. Lastly, there are bedbugs on the bed. I tried to raise it to the owner but the owner did not do anything. This ruined our first few days of our trip. Never again.
