Koti Sopo Universal Bay 3 by Liaison

Great little hotel. 7Eleven and shops similar close by. Quiet street. Clean. Good updated room. My only issue is carrying our bags up two floors. A+

Stayed here for 3 nights and it wasn't bad. It wasn't great though. We were given 8 bath towels, no hand/face towels, for 4 people. It is summer and a lot of people shower in the morning and night. I contacted the Staff about it and they refused to assist. Would have been better to give 12 towels or at least some face/hand towels. This is the first hotel I've stayed at that expected you to use your bath towel to also dry your face, hands, and wash your body with. The location is about 10 minutes away. It's a good spot if going to the expo as it is close. Not much else around the area. The beds were pretty hard and the pillows are a mix of hard plastic pellets and filling. I'd rate them both a 4 out of 10. Room was pretty clean, did find some candy wrappers on the floor. A/C did seem to have trouble cooling the room under 25C. Might have been the heat outside but our A/C units have no trouble doing 21C in the same heat. Kitchen was fine and small. Didn't use it but it did have everything. Toilet had a nice bidet and worked well. Bathroom sink lighting was not good so if you need to put on makeup it might be wise to bring a lighted makeup kit. All in all it was ok but next time I'll find a different location.

We enjoyed the spacious room and the separate toilet from the shower.
