Billion Family Inn

Location is walking distance to tourist spots. Room is clean, and complete with essentials but lacks a bidet which is not much of a big deal (would’ve been great to have though). Staff is friendly, the day shift staff doesn’t speak much English but would use a phone translator which is fine. The night shift male staff was so helpful with what I needed too. Overall, would really recommend the hotel!

세나두 광장 인근에 비슷한 인테리어와 체인 형식의 숙소가 몇군데 있어요.여기가 그중 한곳인데 위치들이 정말 좋습니다 시설이나 환기,청결상태는 다소 떨어지는게 단점입니다만 그런거 크게 신경 안쓰는 타입이라면 강추!! 구시가지 어디든 금방 이동할수 있는 환상적인 위치에요.다만 객실수가 적어서 예약시 요구사항들에 맞는 방을 구하기 힘들수도 있습니다 냉장고 없음!

The place was soooo clean. The floor was spotless. Rm 105. Shower was great. The location was very near The Ruins. The staff were nice, both of them working day and the other at night. They should have a refresher on the places near the place, both for transpo and food. AC was very nice. Toiletries and 1 bottled water free. Perfect!

I’ve stayed here before, loved the location and thought staff were always pleasant. Gave it another go 6 months later. This time it wasn’t so nice. Despite the $1500 MOP smoking fine, obviously no one cared about this law and the whole building including the reception smelt of cigarettes. I had to turn off the AC, it from coming from all areas.. I’m allergic to this smoke and it triggered an asthma attack in the middle of the night. Coupled this with other guests shouting loudly in the corridors as late as 2am and didn’t stop until 4am. The walls are super thin. Went down to reception to complain but no one was there. In end got the worst night of sleep I’ve had all year. Won’t be staying there again. Also, instead of real towels, they now give you these paper thin single use disposable towels, which not only bad for the environment but you can barely dry any of body. They’re absolutely useless.

주변에 누가 묵고 있냐에 따라 하룻밤 버틸수있을지 없을지 결정됩니다. 내가 묵은날은 엄청 시끄러운 사람들이 주변에 많았다. 방은 금연방인거같은데 담배냄새가 엄청 많이났음
