25.11.28This is a little property hidden inside a smaller alley. The owner is very helpful and friendly and is quick to reply to your Whatsapp msgs. The room is fairly roomy, clean, and has much of what you will need. There is a washing machine but dryer will cost you and is located at the main floor. Otherwise, you would have to hang dry it on the roof top. If you have a lot of luggage, you would need to consider which floor you are on as there is no elevator and the stairway is a little narrow to maneuver. The location is good as it is about 10 min walk from the market/night market and a 10 min ride from the lake. Overall a pleasant stay.
25.10.25 Surprisingly quiet in the evening 🙏☺️ and overall very peaceful. My balcony had a wonderful view of the sunsets and city skyline. Mr. Thanh was very gracious and a pleasure to talk to. Everything worked perfectly and you even get a key fob to access the main door of the building. Highly recommend!!
