DM 레지덴테 호텔

We booked a superior room and we were given a different room from the posted pictures. Upon asking the staff about this situation, they just give an excuse as a response (They said that the room was under renovation). We chose this place as the room seemed better than other hotels for the same price range based on the available pictures. The bathroom was a bit smelly and there were mosquitoes inside the room as well. My daughter got bitten unfortunately. Breakfast was included but just for 1 person (we book the option that included breakfast). Upon checking with the staff again about this matter, they said that it's always for 1 person only, which for me it looks like a bad way to conduct business as it's obvious that no single person will rent a big room for themselves.

when I bought the ticket for breakfast included, I thought it would be for the two of us. since I booked for 2 person but then when we got there, the staff there said that it was only for one and my partner would need to avail it separately. The place was clean though I see some blood stains on the linens

Location is good malpit sa SM Clark pati dun sa Aurora Music Fest na event at sa Dau Terminal kaya nung nagseach kmi ito kinuha ko. Mabait din ang mga staff disappointed lng ako kasi sbi Breakfast included pero pagcheck in nmin ay complimentary breakfast for 1 lng. Tpos yung rooms medyo luma. Wlang electric kettle at yng tv 5 channels lng meron. So di siya ideal para sa family staycation. Although mura siya bs sa iba. Location tlga ang lamang niya
