Good place and affordable

Great central position for getting about Coventry and next to bus station hotel looking old but rooms clean and comfortable

It was 2 degrees in London and the hotel does not have heating in All their rooms. I called the hotel tabs they said they only provide an electric FAN for heating. The electric FAN was extremely noisy and the fan gives headache, it’s impossible to keep it running at night. The bed is under the window, I froze at night. The toilet which is tiny was freezing as there is no heating at all there. It was a total disaster. I woke up sick. The person I spoke with was absolutely rude and told me that I have to deal with it. NEVER AGAIN!

I booked a standard single room ,but I got a horrible room without a window and an awful sewage smell! Room Pictures on the hotel website are misleading! No hot water in the evening, so I had to have a cold shower. My Bed had a spring mattress!!! So In the morning when I woke up , I found a bed bug in my bed ,(please see the video and pics) I did sent an email to the hotel with a video and pics but no response, so I claiming my money back through insurance

Value for money although standard of some rooms better than others. This room needed attention with the shower fittings which wouldn't stay fixed, water wasn't draining away and room walls requiring attention. Mattress on this bed was a bit lumpy. Still good value for money though
