Great Place to stay for a couples weekend getaway. One thing though, and its not a complaint just more of a "I wish....". I booked the private pool suite and everything was great. Having said that, I wish the swimming pool was somewhat heated. Taiwan is hot, so the cold water can feel nice, but its all indoors with a good AC system. So the only way we could enjoy the pool is by turning off the AC for 2 days and having the room get humid/hot enough where the freezing water felt somewhat refreshing. Again, not a complaint but just something I wish I knew before booking

High cost-performance ratio, good living experience

They advertise a smoke-free environment and claim staff speak English in the description, but none of it is true. The place reeked of stale cigarettes and thick mold the second we arrived. As someone with severe asthma, I could barely breathe and had to keep using my inhaler just to survive. Lord forbid if we had brought a blue light — the room would have lit up like a crime scene with all the grime. The massage chair was covered in brown dirt and disgusting buildup that looked like a cesspool of bacteria. Mosquitoes were flying around the room like it was their home. The bed was cheap and uncomfortable. The online pictures are clearly outdated and misleading. Called customer service multiple times and they hung up on me three times because they didn’t speak a word of English despite the listing. When we tried to leave the compound briefly, they demanded our room keys even though our clothes were still inside — it felt incredibly unsafe. They only care about taking your money and deliver nothing they promise. Absolute worst motel experience. Never again. Please future guest stay away you have been warned.

Property impresses with its cleanliness and friendly and professional staff. However the location can be more desirable.

This is an exceptional place to stay. Staff is friendly, the rooms are very spacious and neat.
