The service was so personalised and the staff were 200% committed to make sure you are well taken card of from stay to food. They even so kindly packed us crossionts as a gift on the morning of our departure. The private onsen was definitely a winner! Not to mention the dinner that was 1 of a kind experience. Please book a stay and enjoy a unforgettable experience with Ryokan Minawa. A humble place with extraordinary people and service!
25.10.21 Room is spacious and clean. Staff are super nice and lovely. Excellent service make you feel VIP. Private onsen is the best part of the stay. Definitely come again and highly recommended.

25.04.05 숙소가 매우 크고 주차장도 많음. 조용해서 밤에 별도 많이 보임. 개별 온천이라 언제든 들어갈 수 있어 좋았음. 밥은 식당에 먹으러 직접 가야하고 찬바람이 많이 들어온다는 단점. 주변에 뭐가 없고 자판기만 이용가능해서 조식과 가이세키 포함으로 꼭 예약하시길 추천. 동남아외국인 직원이 많고 한국어 일본어 다 서툴러서 소통에 어려움이 있었음.
