호텔 리버티 마츠야마 - 성인 전용

이 호텔은 절대 추천하지 않는다. 일본여행중에서 만난 최악의 호텔이었다. 1. 관리 불량 - 3박의 기간 중 이틀간 에어컨 겸 히터가 고장나서 중간에 작동을 멈추는 바람에 밤중에 추위로 고생했다. 2. 비위생과 추한 건물 - 곳곳에 갈라지고 지저분한 먼지가 많았다. 담벼락 창문 뷰는 멋지지 않았다. (마지막날 방 교체를 제안해왔지만, 많은 짐을 옮기는게 번거로워서 거절했다.) 3. 소통의 어려움 - 에어컨히터가 고장나서 저녁에 얘기했지만, 처음에는 제대로 된 처리를 해주지 않았다. 새벽 1시,3시에 추위에 깨서 호텔측에 얘기하여, 추가 담요나 히터가 있는지 문의하자 그제서야 방으로 가져다 주었다. 이러한 불편을 얘기하고자 하였으나, 호텔의 지배인은 거의 호텔에 있지 않았고, 한참 기다린 후에야 전화 통화로 짧게 얘기할 수 있었다. 평소의 작은문제는 스태프가 도와줄수 있겠으나, 큰 문제의 경우 지배인과 얘기해야 했는데, 지배인의 부재는 더 큰 불편으로 이어졌다. このホテルは絶対におすすめしません。日本旅行の中で最悪のホテルでした。 1. 管理が悪い — 3泊の滞在中、2日間もエアコン兼ヒーターが故障し、途中で止まってしまいました。そのため、夜中に寒さでとても苦労しました。 2. 不衛生で見た目も悪い建物 — あちこちにひび割れやホコリが目立ち、清潔感がありませんでした。窓の外は壁しか見えず、景色も全く良くありませんでした。（最終日に部屋の変更を提案されましたが、荷物が多く移動が面倒だったため断りました。） 3. コミュニケーションの問題 — エアコン・ヒーターの故障を夜に伝えましたが、最初はきちんと対応してもらえませんでした。深夜1時と3時に寒さで目が覚め、再度ホテル側に毛布やヒーターの貸し出しをお願いしたところ、ようやく持ってきてくれました。 こうした不便を伝えようとしましたが、支配人がほとんどホテルにおらず、かなり待たされた後に電話で少し話すことができました。小さな問題ならスタッフが対応できますが、大きな問題は支配人と話す必要があり、その不在がさらに不便を引き起こしました。 I would never recommend this hotel. It was honestly the worst one I’ve stayed at during my trip to Japan. 1. Poor maintenance — During my three-night stay, the air conditioner/heater was broken for two nights. It stopped working in the middle of the night, and I ended up freezing in my room. 2. Dirty and rundown — The place was full of cracks and dust, making it feel very unclean. The view from the window was just a wall, which made the room even less pleasant. (They did offer to change my room on the last day, but I declined since I had too much luggage to move.) 3. Communication issues — I reported the heater problem in the evening, but nothing was properly done at first. I woke up around 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. because of the cold and had to contact the staff again. Only then did they bring me an extra blanket and a portable heater. I tried to talk about these inconveniences later, but the manager was barely around. After waiting quite a while, I could only speak briefly with them over the phone. While the staff could handle small issues, for anything serious you had to deal with the manager — whose absence just made everything worse.
