25.09.04Last minute booking to escape home noise. Location is good and Easy to check in by yourself. However, as a solo female, checking in at night, the hallways was dimmed lit, narrow and creepy. The walls looked dirty. Bad impression. The room was very cramp, the bed is against the wall of the bedroom and the glass wall of the bathroom. There is a damp smell to the room. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Couldn't sleep because the aircon was terribly loud especially for a confine space. Went to the pantry upstairs to get hot water. The whole place had no lights. Tried very hard to look for the switch, could not find. Worst is there is no walls to one side of the pantry, there's a railing. which gives you a view of what I think are stairs and an exit door across the building. which is also dark and unlit. Very uncomfortable. Checking out was easy, saw a staff member and other guest in the lobby. first signs of life. I felt the hotel was a good set up for a scary movie.
25.09.03 Excellent location, close to restaurants. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. However, the position of the bathroom shower head needs to be adjusted. When using it, water seeps through the bathroom door, causing the floor near the bed to get wet.
