Self checked in at 2am ,and my room was not ready. No one help ,so spent 2hours to prepare own room. 2nd stay here, amazing facilities.

It is a self check in stay. The house smells like a warehouse, very dusty. only few rooms have Aircons. Air will escape and heat will come in through the opening of the wall. So having cool room is very hard. The common areas have Aircons and fans but still it is not enough to be comfortably work or hangout. Privacy is bad since the rooms are divided by brick walls, unfinished at the top. We can hear our neighbor's watching reels and shorts. The rooms are very dusty and overall the house smells like a warehouse. In one of the rooms, one guest had left their 4 cats (2 adult 2 kittens) and comes every now and then to feed and clean the room. The neighboring rooms smells like cat pee. If you're gonna stay regardless, please feed and especially give water to the cats at the room 13. When it rains, the rooms which shares outside walls will leak heavily, our room leaked twice and we had to change rooms. Sometimes a gecko would come in through the openings. The house has good facilities, you can cook do laundry and clean up after yourself. Communicating with staff is slow.

I regret staying here. The room had no air conditioning and was so hot that I basically couldn't sleep every day. The bath water was very small, the hygiene was poor and there were fleas. My hands and feet were all bitten and injured.
