From Tokyo to Nagano: 2 hours 20 min by Shinkansen Bullet Train. Then take the shuttle bus from Nagano to Hakuba / 3 hours 30 min from Shinjuku. From Shinjuku ride on Express Train Azasa to Matsumoto. From Matsumoto transfer to JR Oito Line and get off at Hakuba / 3 hours 30 min from Nagoya. Ride on Express Train Shinano from Nagoya to Matsumoto. From Matsumoto transfer to JR Oito Line and get off at Hakuba / 4 hours 30 min from Osaka. Ride on Shinkansen Bullet Train from Osaka to Nagoya then transfer to Express Train Shinano from Nagoya to Matsumoto. From Matsumoto ride on JR Oito Line to Hakuba / 10 min from Hakuba station on JR Oito Line ( We have transportation service. Appointment necessary )
