Exactly what I wanted. Picton ferry arrived Wellington 11pm. I used simple instructions emailed by hotel at 6pm to get room key from secure box. As desired the carpark was directly outside my room's sliding doors & I was in bed asleep by 11.30pm.

Broken Sofa leg. Block the drain shower and vanity. Not cleaned

Absolutely NOT what the phots look like.if you want cheap,nasty and dirty and musty then this is it but if you want to sleep and be comfortable and be able to breath then please do not stay here.i manage air bnbs for a living and I would never let a guest sleep in this filth.obviously in it for the money and nothing else.
