The unit was absolutely disgusting. It was dirty with dirty marks on walls, foor and roof. Shower was moldy and white shower head was red from filf. Only got one service in 4 days which included no cleaning or vacuuming but got only clean towels and refill of tea and coffee. Had to find someone for clean towels after that. The unit was dirty will marks all over walls and floor (this site won't let me upload pictures), shower had mold and white shower head was red from filth. Top blank on bed had something spilt on it. Free Wifi wouldn't work till last day. Great if you want a cheap motel without cleanliness.

This unit was definitely used up. Cheaper than most for a good reason.

Appears very run down - bed springs feel like they are about to come through. Shower was excellent - great pressure. There was no tea towel to dry the dishes, minimal cutlery ( 3 knives, 3 forks , 3 spoons and one larger knife - nothing else). Roller blind above sink has a large stain on it and had come off the roller system . Hand towel holder in bathroom came off the wall - I put it back on with the help of some toothpaste. We stayed 3 days, on the second day I asked the receptionist at the office 100 metres away at a different motel for a tea towel and also more tea bags etc as they only supplied 3, she said the cleaners would provide a tea towel that day - well the cleaners never came so we had no fresh towels over the 3 days either. I did see the cleaners at a different unit on the 3rd day and was able to get a Tea towel and tea bags etc. On the face of it this motel has good potential but the owners need to start investing in maintenance and regular cleaning staff. Lastly the place advertises having 50 sky channels - I couldn't get any sky from the remote and there was also no guest information folder in the unit.

When we arrived at around 3:15 pm we were given key to room 5, but when we got there the beds were not made and the place was a mess. We then went back to the office which is at another motel down the room to get another room. We got room 4 and the TV in room 4 had not coax cable for the TV to work. So we went back to the office which was at another motel down the road to get room 5 again and just waited until the maid had cleaned it and made the beds. The servicing of the room was shocking. There are plenty of units still available there but the could give us a room that was nice a tidy from the start. I am not impressed.

We late check in then they give wrong key number for collect from the lock box . Room not clean, fridge is frozen can’t close the door till to ice , bath room and bed side table light is not working . Put the tv in Conner how to watch . Wall is damaged , table is all stains . Totally is can’t make it . If can put 0 star i will do that . Just that I no choice to put 1 star . Is my mistake never read the reviews before I book this hotel .
