26.03.27Arrived expecting to be booked into a room that was advertised on the site to find that once we booked in our key for the room was not in the lock box so was asked to go to reception. Got given another room across the road from the Motel advertised so wasn’t happy about that but room was ok except water pressure was crap. Had to wait over 5 mins before I could get any hot water coming through the tap. Otherwise alright for 1 night but not worth the price paid when you can’t have a proper shower after a 4 hour drive.

26.03.23On paper this looked a good place to stay. In reality....On our arrival there was no-one in reception. We rang the bell which went unanswered. When we called the number listed we were told how to get our key. We obtained it and in our 3 nights here have not met or seen a single member of staff. The building looks so so from the outside but not as good as the photos. The real reveal is when you open the door; tired, stale decor. The room is large and the bed moderately comfortable but things such as having 2 x plates, 1x bowl, 2 x knives but 1 x fork and 1 x dessert spoon and 1 x soup spoon give the impression that the owner/manager just doesn't really care. Extremely basic, not worth the price and in definite need of a revamp.

26.05.01For the price I paid I was happy. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Shower head was low for family over 6ft. And we arrived at reception to no one there but was easy to call them and get code to open lock box and take our room key. Drop off again was just into a drop box. Location was close to motorway which was handy.

26.04.16When we stayed at this hotel, the shower was too slow, reception was not accommodating we need to wait and call her many times before we can get the key of the room and there was no wifi at all.

26.04.13We booked to stay 1 night as it was close to the ferry the next morning. There are no staff on-site (u ring a number for a lock box) & the room hadn't been cleaned properly! There was food scraps in the sink & expired food in the fridge & no milk for coffee/tea provided! The ad said it had sky but there was only movies (no sport)
However, the unit was big & enough beds & bedding provided but there was no mention of the unit being an upper level unit & we had someone with us that is struggling with severe back issues so carrying items up the stairs was hard (we did know one of the bedrooms was upstairs in the unit itself though).

26.04.12Was so hard to get hold of someone to get the key. Number for lock box. Took 6 phone calls to get through. Clean but carpets could do with a clean. And no milk for a cup of tea.
