Excellent location, price, and overall product/service. The rooms are clean, the showers hot, and the staff are 👌🏿 Highly recommend this place

We chose Aruna Hotel based on positive reviews on Agoda, but our experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, the receptionist checked us into a storage-like room under the staircase instead of the standard room we booked. During our 3-night stay, we never received cleaning or toiletries despite repeated requests. For the last two days, there was no electricity for 9–10 hours daily in peak summer, and the receptionist responded rudely when asked about it. The hotel had no backup generator or support. On checkout, we requested a late checkout due to a late flight but were refused unless we paid the full amount. NOTE - Receptionist- Chubby lady from Azerbaijan asked us to use tap water to make coffee 😂 Overall, the service was unprofessional and unpleasant. I strongly advise others not to stay at this hotel.

They were so kind and friendly. They went to great lengths to help me.

Can you imagine a room without a refrigerator and elevator?! Without changing the towels. And you can not even take a shower. Really don't try here!

I stayed in Aruna hotel for two days The stay was comfortable but the taxi arranged by caretaker Miss Liliyan was terrible did not take us to the destination but chagred 5 times the usual fare
