치르코 마시모 게스트 하우스

This is a very small cozy hotel with only three units, I believe. It is located right at the corner formed by the FAO building and the Circo Massimo. 20 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Room is clean and has all necessities, plus drinks in the fridge (water plus cans of soda drinks) and small bakery items as complimentary. The staff were only there half day but instructions are sent multiple times via emails before your arrive on how to get in. Met them the next morning, they were super nice and super helpful. Highlight is the back yard. Since there are only three units, it is always empty. Most time, I can just have to to myself. Very nice to have a cup of tea/coffee or have a small chat with your friends (I did have two came one day). It is close to a main road, so it can be a bit noisy if you don't close the windows and doors tight.

Wanted something neer to the sites but authentic enough to experience the real Rome. Found this little Gem and blew my expectations, Staff Elena and especially Romina were so helpful and authenticly so. Place is exceptionally clean and facilities are ideal with fully stocked kitchen , microwave,coffee maker,fridge ,plates and cutlery. Including a table and chairs for 3 people . I would definitely return here again if I visited again. Located next to circus maximo and 12 minute walk to coliseum . Area next to metro station and some excellent restaurants. Prices are really good unlike lots of capital cities. We loved our experience!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Relais Circo Massimo. The location was excellent and close to Colesseum. The staff were very kind and friendly. I appreciated the coffee machine and capsules that were restocked daily. Will stay again.

Room was super comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. The hosts were lovely. Elena gave us some great advice on planning our sightseeing around Rome which made our visit to Rome even better!

Our room had a shelf that was half built. The hallway had broken trim. The room looked like it neededa paint job. You need to bring your own soap. I asked for another bar of soap after my 2d day but they didn’t give any to me until the day before we left. Crappy room.
