With hot spring water gushing out from the bottom of Nagasasazawa river, Shiriyaki Onsen ("shiriyaki" literally means "buttocks-burning") got its name because people during those days believed that its water was effective in curing hemorrhoid. You can enjoy delicious Kaiseki cuisine ( traditional multi-course meal) using fresh food from the mountains and the sea. Day-trip guests welcome.
