I loved the place : next to the station , near the castle, cozy and met lovely people and the staff was great ! 😀✨

The staff are very friendly and the hostel is so quiet for a good night sleep. Ask them for a breakfast recommendation and you will be very happy

The hostel was clean and comfortable. Very well located and the staff were very accommodating. However there was no one available at night and none of the customers could figure out how to turn on the AC. Or turn the lights off on the fans. So the dorm was far too hot to sleep. I managed a few hours but woke at 2 and couldn't get back to sleep. I resorted to sleeping on the sofa in the downstairs lounge. I normally wouldn't but I was cycling the Shiminano Kaido the next day. Hopefully the instuctions can be posted in English to avoid this issue in the future.
