I stayed 3 nights in a room with one queen bed at this property. The good: Breakfast was a step up from continental, bed mattress was comfortable, SAT TV with several included movie channels worked as well as mini refrigerator and microwave. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room for improvement: Room 104 where I stayed has a largely peeling bathtub interior which is unsightly (I used an extra fabric floor mat to cover some when showering); bathroom itself is tiny for big people. From my perspective, not a great value off season when I stayed.

Good value for the money some of the rooms have very small TVs as I’ve stayed there several times now staff is very friendly rooms are pretty clean. Bathrooms are a little outdated and the the heating or cooling system makes quite a bit of noise when you’re trying to sleep when it comes on

Not recommended. Staff is not friendly, they will answer questions but short answers without any personality. Room was very basic, ok if all you need is a bed for the night. The room was not dirty, but looked very tired and worn out. The internet is horrible and basically not usable. We asked them to reset the modem but that did not solve the problem. I asked the front desk about it and the reply was, "it works fine for us". I presume they do not use the 2.4 that guests get, they likely have the 5g access. Breakfast was very basic, the waffle. machine is fun if you've never used one before. Other than that, not worth going over to the main office for the food.

Stayed here when visiting Petrified Forest. It got the job done for a bed, shower, and cheap stay.

GREAT TV with lots of channels. Great Room - it was small but it did the job. Lots of lamps which I appreciated. Mary at the front desk is great. She worked hard on the breakfast and did a great job. Lots of great Halloween decor also done by her. Bed was awesome. Comforters were super. I was really pleased. We stayed there before and it was too noisy UPSTAIRS and we had some really active people above us, but this time, it was quiet with very little noise.
