Restaurant Ryokan Toyofuku

Love the big traditional room, super friendly staff, and delicious breakfast!

직원분들이 친절하고, 숙소의 위치도 여행 동선에 아주 알맞았으며 방도 넓었어요!

일단 너무 춥고 와이파이도 잘 안 터짐 그리고 너무 비쌈

I got sold by the pictures 😞 thinking it was a ryokan in a house, it's a multilevel hotel-esq building. Inside it is dated and dark. The tub had visible soap scum buildup, the fridge had dark spots, either rust or mold I'm not sure. Every other surface in the room has stains on it. the sheets, the floor, the doors and walls, the seat cushion, the table, everything. there was a few pieces of hair in and around the sink, underlining the sparce cleaning in-between guests. The sheets were clean as far as I could tell, just had a grease stain? so I didn't complain and just dealt with the situation. The breakfast set was okay, and it's located fairly close to Chinatown, but it is up a fairly steep hill from the subway station making it difficult to get to with suitcases. it does have a functioning elevator and heating, and the proprietors seem nice. Overall not nearly my best accommodation in Japan.

덕분에 여행 잘 지내다가 갑니다. 고베에서 여행하실 분은 여기 추천드려요! 공용 욕탕이라 다른 사람이랑 혼욕하게 되는게 아닐까 걱정하실 수도 있지만, 욕실에 들어갈 때는 욕실 문을 잠궈야 하기 때문에 다른 사람을 마주칠 일은 없습니다.
