We were the place nicely done up Christmas decor and background music. The welcome hot chocolate, snack and wine were greatly appreciated. There are many spots of bench photos. The staff were awesome!

Not only is this place beautiful and surrounded by nature, it also has unbelievable amenities such massage, onsen, and sauna. They even gave us a bottle of wine ont he house. The service is over the top. Some staff are fluent in American English making it super easy. They offer rides all over the area for reasonable prices and will dropoff and pickup. It you have the chance, stay here for 4-5 days at least to get the full experience.

Nice house, will recommend to my fd

Stayed here with a large family of elderly parents and young children. The home was especially clean and well stocked with towels, and kitchenware. Host and all staff were friendly and kind; breakfast was simple but delicious (sweet potatoes were a hit). Only issues were: the dryer couldn't dry the clothes fully and the location is a little difficult to get to - small road up a slope leading to property is easily missed so arriving before sunset is recommended.
