The place is so narrow going to the edge of your room , it was a bit scary for me. The room is so tiny that we cannot fit our luggages... the only consolation is the owner is very nice, & accommodating.

Pros: - Location is great - very near the MTR - Staff tried her best to provide the best experience (she really tried to resolve all issues) - easy check out process (they only asked us to leave the keycard in the room) Cons: - the rooms are very different in the pictures - too cramped (we already expected we had small space but it still exceeded our expectations - our first room is too small!) - not sure if the problem is with Agoda or the location - I booked 3 rooms but when we arrived, they said I only booked 1 room - imagine the hassle! They tried to work on it (poor staff) but we ended up with 1 double room and 2 triple room - we booked 3 triple rooms - they tried to offer us other room choices but in different building the next day (not in the building that we booked) so we ended up declining - when you go out of the room - it either smells smoke or something I don't know but it really is not very pleasant (not sure if it is a chemical or something) - the elevator can only fit around 5 to 6 people. There are 2 elevators but they serve different floors; there is only a button for going down for all floors except Ground floor - no reception area (or we just did not found it)- not so cons because the staff met us immediately upon arrival If you are travelling alone, I think this is an okay choice given the value of money and location. But I discourage this if you are travelling as a family. The rooms assigned to us is very, very different in what is in the pictures.
