니혼 료칸 우츠와 벳부 칸나와

Had a nice stay at this ryokan with private indoor & outdoor onsen. Loved the outdoor onsen which was very zen. The indoor onsen was more of a bathtub so we didn’t use it. The room was a bit small so we had to open our suitcases on the sofa & coffee table. The check-in was done at a separate building, with the room about 80m down the slope. The room was very private & there was parking just outside, making it very convenient. They offered free onsen eggs & beer at the main building, with free drinks in the fridge (beer & soft drinks). Location was ok since we drove. There are nearby eateries & we found a nice coffee place (Shiya)about 5min drive away.

Upon check in, the female staff is very friendly to give us a short brief for the location of the room as we booked the room that comes with an outdoor onsen and indoor bath and also the shops, restaurants and tourist spots around the hotel area. The room is very spacious, equipped with a fridge, microwave and culinary sets as the hotel doesn't provide meal but many restaurants are accessible within walking distance. There is also TV with netflix in the room. The best part is the outdoor onsen in the room. Free onsen egg are supplied by the hotel at the main building. There are also parking lots provided outside the hotel room which is very convenient for those who are driving.

We loved the ryokan, the onsens and the staff were incredibly helpful too! They even provide yukatas for the full experience. The location is near the Jikogus and a quaint shopping st, making it super convenient.

I stayed for one night, and it was a memorable experience solely due to the beauty of the hotel and facilities!

분명 예약할 때 나이입력하고 아고다페이지에서도 13세 초과아동만 성인요금 받는다고 나와있었는데 숙소측에서 초등학생도 성인요금과 동일하게 추가인원금 받아야한다해서 당황.... 그걸 숙박2일전에 메세지로 받고 그 메세지를 숙소위치확인하고 예약번호 확인하려고 켰는데 보게됨... 다행히 시간이 좀 오래걸렸으나 숙소측에서 추가요금 안받으시고 오류인거같다고 해주심... 안내해주신 남자직원분 친절하셨어요 숙소도 좋고 료칸도 좋고 개인료칸도 방도 다 좋았으나 아고다측잘못인지 오류인지 아이랑 예약하실 때 확인 하시고 하세요
