Hotel Grand View Fukuoka-Kuko

Their price is inclusive of shuttle service which is helpful for travelers who need to get to the airport before 10am. Breakfast starts at 5:45am and varies. Had a good experience.

Very near airport with free five minute shuttle service. Also had a small but very nice complimentary breakfast.

Slightly farther than suggested but overall a good location to stay for a night or two before heading back home. Not suggested to be your base in Fukuoka.

The bed I think is a double which is large for many Japan hotel beds. If you are two persons sharing one room would be okay. I think majority in Japan are semi double. Very near to the airport, so if you wont be able to ride their free shuttle in the morning, the taxi ride wont be that expensive. Breakfast is average but really filling. The only downside is going back to the hotel from major destinations because it could be a 500m walk from the bus station or 1km walk from subway airport station. Cleanliness is topnotch.

Take note the transport is only to domestic terminal. Not international. So if you are expecting an international terminal drop off, this is not the case. Overall hotel is very functional, clean and breakfast was sufficient for a hotel this size.
