25.11.05I think the staff at the front desk is the manager here, doing many things including cooking breakfast. We chose a small room originally but she upgraded to a bigger room with two single beds with tatami room. It was clean and spacious. The only thing was that you can hear upstairs and street noise. The window faces to the small street full of karaoke bars. Our room was second floor, maybe higher floor is better or you could ask for a different room facing other way. Otherwise location was very convenient to go to the beach and a bus stop, a few minutes walk. A bus from there can go to either Sandanbeki, Senjyojiki, or Tanabe and Shirahama station. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, giving us info around hotel, also soap, shampoo and dryer set in a bag to go to the nearby onsen. They sold us the onsen tickets much lower price than the regular one( using the multiple tickets). A coin laundry is one minute walk, no detergent needed 6 kg only wash was 300 yen, 3 kg wash and dry was 600 yen all automatic but can't stop halfway. I did wash only and added dry twice. Eating was a bit difficult with dinner places open only certain time and not that many but we are here in November, which is a low season. Toretore market was interesting which is a big mall with many mainly seafood stores. You can pick up your items and bring to a BBQ place and grill your own stuff or many restaurants there. Fishing spot in the see is next to it maybe 15 minutes walk, you can also grill your catch. Bait and rod included in the entrance fee. Also onsen place next to the market, so many different baths about 1000 yen per person. No tattoo is allowed but I've seen some girls had one or a few, but not all over. I really enjoyed the onsen, indoor and outdoor, sauna, with oxygen or carbonated onsen, massaging jet bubble and more!! I really enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The staff was so kind. 25.09.21 這次入住的飯店讓我印象深刻。女主人熱心又親切，房間設施一應俱全，佈置得溫馨舒適。地點不僅方便且安靜，步行五分鐘就能到海灘，附近餐廳也選擇多樣。以後再來白濱，這間旅館絕對是我的首選。
今回宿泊した旅館は本当に素晴らしかったです。女将さんはとても親切で温かく、部屋には必要なものがすべて揃っていて、落ち着いた雰囲気で快適に過ごせました。立地も便利で静か、海まで徒歩5分以内、周辺には多彩なレストランもあります。次に白浜を訪れるときも、迷わずこの旅館を選びたいと思います。
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The hostess was warm and kind, and the room was fully equipped with everything I needed, decorated in a cozy and welcoming style. The location was both convenient and quiet—just a five-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Whenever I come back to Shirahama, this will definitely be my first choice of accommodation.
25.06.22 Stayed for a week with my wife and family. Not only is the hotel well located near the beach, but the lady running the place is amazing. She cooks a great breakfast, and goes above and beyond trying to help guests have an amazing time.
