26.05.05The hotel is large and facing a mini woods. The rooms are of reasonable size, and our rooms are the western beds. Good onsen facilities, with sauna facility and open-air onsen has a nice view looking into the tall trees.

26.04.15 I think this is not the right place for those traveling with elder. The location is pretty far from most of the things and I think it is only for local Japanese.
There was very limited support from staff and when you have to move the luggage from the main building to another annex part was not easy and you need to wait long for lift to come. The facility is pretty outdated and old but they keep it clean. The lift is small, old and limited. I would not recommend you to travel this far just to be in the middle of the area without the good impression and support from the staff and facility.
26.03.05 The hotel is huge and provides great ryokan experience.
26.03.02 Wonderful staff, great food, convenient bus service. Wonderful view of the river valley from our room. My only complaint is that our room smelled like wet dog.
