We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton hotel. We really enjoyed the amenities, especially the exclusive tickets to the Desert Falls waterpark. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable except for the lost and found experience. My friend had already contacted the lost and found team, and we were informed that her items were ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, I ended up waiting for nearly an hour just to retrieve them. After spending the day at the waterpark, my family and I were already very exhausted, and unfortunately I eventually had to leave without getting my friend’s items. It was disappointing because the rest of our stay had been wonderful, and this situation negatively affected an otherwise fantastic experience. Maybe next time try to be more organized and timely. Otherwise, the rest of the team were very approachable and accommodating.

Food need to have more variety specially Arabic food, other than that everything is excellent

- Good and Clean for family - Very peaceful environment - Helpful staff - Dinner and Breakfast is not upto the mark

Second consecutive Christmas day spent at Hilton Salwa. It is a great property and worth the money spent. This time got a very good deal from Agoda.
