Everything was great except housekeeping never cleaned our room.

I'm a 3rd shift worker and I absolutely loved staying at this Super 8. The front desk supervisor and employees are all amazing and have the best welcoming hospitality that I have ever received!! The bed was very comfortable and the facility was quiet 24/7. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!!

Everything and everyone were rude. Doo doo in the toilet and ac didn’t work or the tv.

Where do I start.... 1st off it was roach infested!! Not 1 or 2 but crawling everywhere 😱🤢 2nd at about 1150 pm we woke up to a lake in the floor with steam in the air all our clothes, electronics, shoes etc drenched from water and moisturefrom hot water! Dead roaches and alive roaches floating all over the room running out the door to dry land! We then stood in parking lot until 3 am while our kids slept in our vehicle because there were no rooms! The rude owner then said I cut the water off to the entire hotel we will mop floor and you can go back in 🤯 I told him I'm not going back in that soaking wet room the mattresses were drenched, roaches every where, not to mention the fire risk from electric outlets!! He then said I have a mattress on my for yall can sleep in 😤😡 I didn't pay 500 dollars to sleep in a strangers room on the floor! He then said I'll give you a 100 dollars and you can go find another room 🤬 He said I can't give you refund or find you a room!!100 dollars or nothing and bowed up at me when I told him that is unacceptable!! My wife said we want to speak to the owner and he says he is asleep and that's where we lost our patience! We are paying customers standing in parking lot at 3 am with our kids sleeping in car because they have a tournament at 7 am and you won't wake your boss up!! Plus his posture is telling me he is wanting to hit me by swinging his arms around abs he told the couple below me the same thing because the water from our room was pouring through there ceiling on there bed! That couple left at 4 am with no refund and going to call corporate! We stay at hotels almost every weekend for travel basketball tournaments I have never experienced ANYTHING like this in my 37 years!! I will be contacting Wyndham! These people should be shutdown! If you are fortunate enough to read this review before booking just know most of my reviews are 4 and 5 stars so I take reviews seriously and I would NEVER bring my family to this place. It's disgusting and falling apart. They ruined our vacation!
