It seems the rooms are marginally maintained. In our room, the security lock was broken. Security is questionable. In the middle of the night, there was a knock on the door (we didn't answer). We've stayed here one night each of the last 3 years. This may be our last. Property has gone downhill.

The room we were in was mediocre, there was rust on the fixtures in the bathroom and the window curtain didn't work well. There were people sleeping in the car across the parking lot behind Dennys. The bed was comfortable and it wasn't too noisy...It was ok for what it was.

We have stayed at this hotel many years and it is going downhill. It needs major work, new mattresses. The springs popped all nite long. Walls chipping. Outside doors very beat up, peeling. Bathrooms very old. I used to rate this a 4 but now it is a 2. Staff very pleasant, breakfast had no juice at all. Lemonade or coffee. Lemonade was just water. Tables not cleaned timely at bkfst. Breakfast area dirty.
