Very convenient for transportation

The location is incredibly convenient with easy access to transport and walkable surroundings. The facilities, including a relaxing hot spring, were spotless and well-maintained, contributing to a restful sleep experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable throughout the stay, making it an excellent value overall.

那個南亞裔的check-in櫃檯職員很無禮，我只不過是早到了，而且我已經表示我可以到下午3點才check-in，他竟然大聲怪責我早到，指是我的錯，我自問非常有禮，很懷疑他有情緒病，心理不正常之類。 另外，房間狹窄，那個大浴池只能說是小浴池。

Location is right outside Kyoto JR station, very convenient to get around. Facilities are clean. Staff are friendly and introduce all information clearly. Enjoy the stay so much

The hotel is located right across from Kyoto station which was very convenient to travel to the airport and surrounding areas. There’s a ton of food options and shops in the area. Nearby is Aeon Mall and Donki. The hotel rooms were of the usually Japan size. Everything you need is provided. There is a really good luggage storage and lockers inside the hotel. I really depended on the coffee/matcha machine during my stay. The public bath was good and the free popsicles were fantastic. I would recommend this hotel, I enjoyed my stay for 5 days. I would stay here again.
