TV did not work in one room. Thermostat did not work in a second room. Hotel insisted in charging for parking when it was supposed to be free according to ad from Agoda (they said Agoda was wrong). They also charged our credit card without telling us. We found out when we asked for the receipt.

Had a great weekend. The hotel was clean with friendly staff.

Had to leave the first room because they were stains all over the bed and pillows. He tried to say that it was my children, although we just walked in the room. Absolutely terrible would never recommend staying here again.

I understand undergoing and trying to get a hotel up and running, but trying to run a hotel with only two people present. The entire day is dumbfounding when we went in our room. My children hadn’t even been in the room yet and we found all of this, and I loved when we were told that my children are the one who put the stains on the bed. I understand struggling times and trying to make a hotel seem nice, but there were just way too many things wrong it was nasty to say the least.
