25.11.10The customer service here is horrible. I booked my room through this app, when I got to the hotel the lady at the front desk said that they were overbooked. I would have thought that she would have had more compassion but she did not! She was very rude!
24.05.28 The front desk staff was very friendly and so nice! The actual rooms were disgusting. There were tiny roaches in the room to where we didn't even want to leave our shoes on the floor. The bathroom was untidy and the shower/tub was filthy and had hair in it already. We booked online and paid for our room in full but when we got there to check in, the owner of the place requested we pay a $60 security deposit, cash only, in order to check in which I have never heard of before! We did receive our deposit back when we checked out the following morning but I still would not recommend anyone to stay here, budget friendly or not! I will definitely not be returning.
