24.04.25- The room key to my door didn't work. Receptionist came by and eventually fixed it. He informed me the battery was low and that I should not close the door. I refused for safety and security reasons. He relented and told me to call him if the door failed again.
The door to my other room appealed to be stuck. Receptionist told me to lift the handle up, vice pull it down. Very counter-intuitive. There should be a sign.
Bathroom issues:
- no towel for the floor - very slippery
- no shampoo bottle (there was a lotion bottle)
- Room was filthy. Areas were full of dust.
