The man at the front desk was rude whenever we had to discuss other individuals who were staying at the hotel. We requested a non-smoking room and well those who smoke never followed the non-smoking policy. Both myself and my husband have asthma issues and cigarette smoke and vapes cause us breathing issues. We were told "I'm trying to run a business here, you can check out!!" This is unacceptable especially when we are paying for extra for a non-smoking room! I work five days a week twelve hour days and the noise level every morning at 5am is very distracting. Again was told "well you can check out and go somewhere else ". This is not a good place to stay if you are trying to sleep for work or if your a non-smoker!! The staff don't care about anything other than making money!!
