Location is great! Even without a car, I still could access the public transportation for the all the attractions that I wanted to visit.
Great hospitality!
26.04.26Clean, peaceful and perfect location by the coast
This guesthouse is located in such a beautiful coastal area and felt like a true home away from home. It is warm, quiet, very clean, and has everything you need in one place. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, which made the stay even more comfortable.
Breakfast was delicious. It is free, but you just need to write your name on the board the night before to request it.
The location is excellent. I took the bus from the airport and arrived very quickly since it is so close. During my stay, I was able to visit many famous places easily by bus, as everything is very well connected. There is also a laundry place just about five minutes’ walk away, which was very convenient. A large supermarket is also nearby, making it easy to get anything you need.
After a day out, it was always so nice to return, take a warm shower, and relax. There is a comfortable lounge area where you can unwind, have a drink, or simply rest after exploring the island. The women’s floor felt especially safe and comfortable, with a powder room, hairdryer, and all essentials provided. The beds were very clean and comfortable, with privacy curtains that made it feel very private and peaceful. The men’s rooms are on a separate floor, and overall the atmosphere is extremely quiet and relaxing.
Everything is provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and towels. Coffee is available for 2,000 KRW, and there is also beer and wine in the fridge at very reasonable prices compared to shops.
You can really feel that the owner cares about guests rather than profit. Even the price was the most affordable I found, which makes it even better.
It is only a three-minute walk from the bus stop that connects to all major attractions, making it very convenient.
I would definitely stay here again.
26.04.25A Peaceful and Comfortable Stay I Kept Extending
I originally planned to stay here for only two nights while revisiting Jeju after moving to Seoul, but I felt so comfortable here that I extended my stay to five nights. I had lived in the south of the island for two years before, and honestly, I never even went back to that area because this place made me want to stay.
The best part of staying here is how peaceful and quiet it is. It does not feel like a hostel at all. It feels more like staying in a calm private home where you can truly rest. The atmosphere is relaxing, the music is soft and calming, and it became one of the quietest places I have ever stayed.
The owner made the experience even better. She is incredibly kind, humble, and welcoming. She communicates so well and genuinely cares about her guests. Her warmth and hospitality made the stay feel personal and special.
The shared lounge is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. It is the perfect place to sit, work on your computer, enjoy coffee, or just relax. There are tables, charging ports, Wi Fi, and such a peaceful atmosphere. Coffee is only 2,000 won, and the beer and wine are very cheap, actually even cheaper than buying them at a convenience store, which was a really nice surprise.
The rooms are clean, practical, and very comfortable. Each bed has privacy curtains, charging ports, a reading lamp, and a large personal locker with a key, so everything feels safe and convenient.
The bathrooms were also excellent. Warm showers, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and towels are all provided, which made the stay even more comfortable.
Breakfast was another lovely part of the experience. If you write your name down, breakfast is prepared for you in the morning, and the one I had was delicious.
The location is also great. It is in Hagwi ri, Aewol eup, Jeju si, close to the sea and near bus stops, so getting around is easy. It is only about 10 kilometers from Jeju Airport, which makes it convenient while still feeling peaceful and away from busy areas.
For the price, this place is honestly amazing. It is affordable, quiet, beautiful, and perfect if you want a restful stay in Jeju. I will definitely come back again.
26.04.25I lived in the south of the island for two years before moving to Seoul, so this trip was meant to be just a short revisit for two nights. However, this place was so comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming that I ended up staying for five nights and never even went back to the area where I used to live before.
Located in Hagwi ri, Aewol eup, Jeju si, this place is in a beautiful coastal village known for its stunning ocean views, the scenic Hagwi Aewol Coastal Road, and its quiet, charming atmosphere. It is also only about 10 kilometers from Jeju Airport, which makes it very convenient while still feeling peaceful and far away from the busy city.
This is not the typical hostel atmosphere at all. It feels much more like staying in a quiet private home. It is located conveniently close to the sea and near bus stops, which makes it very easy to get anywhere.
The rooms are thoughtfully designed with privacy curtains around each bed, charging ports, a personal lamp, and large personal lockers with keys so you can safely store your belongings. Everything feels very clean, practical, and comfortable.
The bathrooms are excellent as well, with warm showers, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even towels provided. The calming music throughout the space adds such a relaxing touch, and it honestly became one of the quietest and most restful places I have ever stayed.

What made the stay even more special was the owner. She is one of the kindest, sweetest, and most humble people I have met. She is very communicative, warm, and genuinely caring. Her hospitality made the entire experience feel even more personal and memorable.
The price is incredibly affordable compared to other places, especially considering the comfort, cleanliness, and peaceful atmosphere you get in return.
If you are looking for a quiet, restful, and truly comfortable place to stay, this is absolutely the place. I will definitely be coming back.
