[Hot Spring] The ryokan's grounds feature 2 varieties of hot springs: the Tobamotonoura Onsen's Jyukou No Yu which sprang up in 1989, and Shin Jyukou No Yu, which sprang up in 2014. Jyukou No Yu is a clear/fine cloudy hot spring with a pH level of 9.5 and Shin Jyukou No Yu is a fine cloudy/milky spring with a pH level of 9.8. Because the pH levels are so high, the springs leave skin feeling really smooth. And, so that guests can thoroughly enjoy the hot springs, the lodging is equipped with large communal baths for both men and women, as well as various open-air baths with both hot and warm waters. [Cuisine] Toba in the Ise-Shima region is plentiful with bounties from the ocean and mountains - such as Ise lobster, abalone, Uramura oysters, sea bream, and pufferfish, as well as Matsusaka beef and other ingredients that are iconic to Mie Prefecture - throughout all 4 seasons.
