Kebersihan handuk, bad cover, bantal kurang. Untuk fasilitas dan ruangan cukup memadai. TV juga layar nya sudah menunjukan kerusakan

Nyaman, bersih dan tidak tergangguu

Nyaman banget kalau capek kerja jauh dr rumah, ini bs bikin nyaman jd rumah kedua buat take time. Dekat segala tempat makan dan jajan dekat stasiu tebet pokoknya excellent area bgt. Service staff nya keren dan sangat baik. Thank you

I booked this hotel because it was very near to the function venue I was attending when I fly into Jakarta on 22 August 2025. I didnt expect much after I read the reviews. At first, I was given room 305 but there was NO windows! And I believe it was a mere 8 or 9 square feet only and then I was re issued another room, also as small a room as the earlier one. For this, I appreciated the young male staff who was willing to help make my stay pleasant. The design of the room is minimalist and I actually liked it very much, especially when the room is so tiny for me, even for a solo traveller. The aircon in the room took a long one hour to eventually cooled the room but stop cooling/working around 3 am and restarted to cool again around 5 am! The wifi connection in the room was weak, especially after midnight until the next morning (probably from 9 am onwards). During this time, you cant use the WiFi as it was just very poorly connected (like 1 bar!) There is NO make up of room until you requested for one and the ONLY made the bed and threw the trash. Out of 3 nights (i extended 1 night out of convenience) they made the room only on the last night! The MOST disappointing were the CLEANLINESS! 1. The pillows were yellowish all over! I couldnt use them! Or dare not to use them! 2. The toilet were probably "washed" with water only, at most, by the look of it. There stains were visible, especially around the shower area and the toilet bowl. The floor is very slippery! 3. The towels or even the door mat were NOT changed, when they made the room. They were left as it, except they folded the same door mat at the toilet door. Otherwise, this Hotel would have been one of the best or better hotels to stay in with the price range. All the management needed to do, is to improve the quality of cleaning by its staff. Improper cleaning overtime would just damage the aesthetic of the Hotel and eventually become disgusting to some guests.

Kecoa gede dan kecil ada semua, baru taro makanan sebentar tau2 ayam nya ada kecoa kecil, bau rokok parah banget padahal kamar non smoking, keran air kecil banget, kamar macem ga dibersihin, terburuk sih ini. Bisnis ga niat sih. Staff nya oke. Hotelnya big no.
