Nautilos on the Harbour

Beautiful and spacious two bedroom apartment with everything one would need. The only negative of the space was the uncomfortable memory foam pillows. The many windows made everything so bright and highlighted the excellent, walkable location. Rental agency seemed to have organizational issues. We received an email at 6 am the day of our trip to contact them on an urgent matter. The matter was check in instructions. Despite promising to text and email them, that never happened and 7 hours later we had to call again. Immediately after that call we received all the information by text and email. 10 minutes later someone else called us from the same agency with the same information. Additionally, we were asked to leave $150 deposit for the fob used to access the building but when I returned it the next day a different clerk told me I couldn’t have my funds back until they had inspected the apartment that was at least 5 minutes away in another building. Be aware that parking is not free. That fact is not clearly stated ( I had to do a deep dive after our stay to find where that is mentioned - not easy to find) and nowhere does it state $25 per night.

Location was great , walking distance to the foreshore park for a concert. Apartment was clean and tidy

The location was very good. The apartment size was extremely generous. Cleanliness could use some improvement Despite this it was a very comfortable stay. The worst was the pillows. All very high and hard.
