Clean, beds fine, shower a bit old fashioned, but not great for kitchen utensils. A very blunt tiny paring knife and a bread knife to prepare our meal. other utensils OK. Plates, microwave, toaster, electric kettle all good and there were wine glasses. An excellent compendium supplied with lots of local information on things to do and see. You could walk the just under 1km to town, Whanganui is largely flat, and has some lovely gardens. I would stay here again.

Old motel but spotlessly clean, comfortable and peaceful. Will go back there again😆

We spend a night with two children in a two-room flat. I believe that, despite its age, the owner can keep it clean (5star) and reasonably priced. A kitchen and small eating room would be ideal for us. Thank you, owner for the hospitality!
