실비아 파크 모텔

We chose Sylvia Park Motel for its location (close to supermarket and other shops we needed to visit) and good price for what we needed - option to prepare our own food. The friendly team member at the reception was very responsive to our requests. We liked the small green space at the back of the property. It would have been nice to have a bit more than just two crockery and cutlery items and maybe a couple of bowls to heat up food in the microwave. But we were well equipped ourselves and juggled things successfully. We will happily considering Sylvia Park Motel when looking for accommodation in the southern area of Auckland.

Wish the shower area a bit bigger, the drainage is very poor. The water fills up quickly and floods the entire bathroom. Need the drainage to be checked properly before the next guests checked in. Auckland weather mostly cold,,a clothes dryer would be nicer. Otherwise,, everything else is perfect.

Great location not too far from airport, main shops, and motorway. The street itself is busy being a main corridor but didn't really bother me. Rooms are clean, tidy with plenty room, shower pressures it both rooms were awesome. Check in was smooth and easy would totally recommend as will def stay again.

Motel is clean, comfortable and spacious. Location is good. Shops, eateries and supermarkets are nearby. The hosts are very lovely and helpful people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return in the future. Thank you.
