We had a fantastic stay at Lakeside Motel & Apartments, Te Anau. The lakeside location is stunning, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the staff were warm and very helpful. Sadly we stayed for 1 night and early check out for Milford Sound Cruise😅😅

I had a really lovely stay when I visited Te Anau. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. Everything felt comfortable and well taken care of. The atmosphere was so peaceful, and the location was great, close to the lake and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It made the whole trip feel even more special. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again 🌿✨

The room is spacious and the kitchen has everything you will need to cook. Good view of the lake. Near supermarket.

During our stay, an unexpected avalanche caused a town-wide power cut, which was completely beyond the motel’s control. Despite this, the team handled the situation as best as possible. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with beautiful views and a welcoming atmosphere.
