Room and bathroom was amazing with such water pressure like you cant believe. The double bed was terrible with roll together so we had to sleep in separate beds. The street noise was also really loudly heard and both of us did not get much if any sleep. Really like the space but steps would not be good for anyone elderly in the unit itself. Please look at updating the mattress.

Balmoral was excellent. Bed was very comfy and shower was fantastic. Really enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend it.

Room is very big, and it got to floor. Easy to park. Staff is very good. Recommended.

Simple and complete. Everything you need. No complaints.
