Centrally located, although it was a little difficult to locate initially because of the narrow passageway around Venice. It has all that is required for a room & when we asked for extra pillow & kettle, we were provided. Friendly staff.

So the location is very close to Rialto Bridge. The location in in center of Venice. You have many restaurants. You will recive 20%discount on they restaurants but not for degustation menu (100 euro/person). The food is very good. The room we have was near canal and every morning we soo boat.

Great location, a fantastic owner and a nice room.We had a room under the roof so we left the key card during the day to let the airco work. You can still close the room with a regular key and enter the hotel with the code.I would definitely recommend it!

1. The Front Desk Staff was very attentive, accommodating and helpful! He pointed us to the right direction to where we wanted to go. 2. The location is terrific! It was right in the city center and very close to the places where we wanted to go. 3. Liked it that there is a discount at the restaurant next door, but it was pricey so we did not get to eat there. 4. Liked it that there is available coffee/tea and biscuits without charge. But, that was one time. The biscuits were not replaced when the room was cleaned. Not sure if those were supposed to be replaced? 5. Somehow, when the room was cleaned, the bathroom was not so much. The towels were replaced, but not the bath soaps. 6. Somehow, for bedtime, I bumped my head a few times on the headboard and left with a bump on my head. Not sure what I did wrong.
