Front desk the guy and intern was outstanding service. Breakfast & housekeeping did a good job . Thumbs up

I've stay at this hotel previously and all good. this time on my visit i was disappointed. Only stay for a night last minutej from 6 to 7 Nov 25. First the room has water leakage stain right on top of my bed. AC at 17 degress still not cold. The worst was during breakfast I book via agoda and did not notice that my room superior double room does not include breakfast as superior room include breakfast at lower price. I assume my breakfast included. On my key card has slip of paper I assume for breakfast. When I wen in for breakfast with my wife. A lady at the cafe in glass told me holding I assume room list told me off that my room in not inclusive of breakfast instead of professionally explained to us as there guest watching having their breakfast I was ambarased and told her to check with front office and after I myself decided to cancel our breakfast and have it somewhere a gentlemen at the reception show me agoda letter from Agoda ytd and my breakfast not included instead of calling me and shared the info not waiting for guest to come dwn for breakfast and being told in front of other guest that breakfast not included that is bad and not apology and I said wanted to see the FOM or Asst FOM or Supervisor and being told all not around left me furious like noting happen and this is a norm. Being a hotelier - food & beverage of more that 40 years in singapore and overseas and I wanted to see the GM but decided not to because I was rushing to check out after the incident. To my surprise and even more agitated the housekeeping tidy up my room without my knowledged and I'm to check out why do you tidy up my room? I assume this is way to do service recovery?? I should be handle by senior management instead during breakfast when this happen and not taking lightly. I left feeling disspointed and never want to stay at the hotel again as we go batam too often in a month and this is very bad and confused service standard
