24.06.27 This was a nice place to stay. Restaurant was pricy, but food was good. Did not make it to the water park. There is an upcharge for the water park since it is not included with your room and we just did not have time for it. We did swim in the regular indoor hotel pool and that was nice, clean. Bed was too firm for our liking, but everything was clean and neat.
25.03.26 It was absolutely disappointing and the money you pay for the night is crazy high. How does the Waterpark not get included in this price? Seriously GO TO WISCONSIN DELLS. Pretty sure that would have been cheaper and more fun. These guys don't have any complementary options. Don't bother asking for any special requests. They don't make ANY accommodations. And be careful if you did plan to stay there, it says you have to buy Waterpark tickets online and then you can get them for significantly cheaper when you check in. It's 50$ a day pass.... and it lies and says you have to buy online. Staff was just inhospitable. They denied us a crib and then eventually said we have playpens not cribs. And then made us come to the desk to get it.....
