26.05.04I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights, and overall the place is comfortable and good for a stay. However, I want to share an honest experience regarding the service.
During check-in (evening, early May), the staff initially told us confidently that our booking was for the next day without checking first. After we clarified, she then checked and confirmed our booking was actually correct.
There was also confusion regarding the deposit. From my previous stays, the deposit has always been $20. This time, I was asked to pay $50 because we were staying for two nights. If that’s the case, it should have been clearly explained (for example, $20 per night = $40), but instead I was asked for $50 without proper clarification. I even gave $50 expecting change, but none was offered, and the explanation didn’t really make sense. I’m not sure if there are new rules, but the communication about this was unclear and confusing.
What disappointed me the most was that there was no apology for the earlier booking mistake. I don’t mind small issues, but basic hospitality and clear communication are important.
Aside from that, the stay itself was comfortable and enjoyable.
